Policy of protection of personal data
This Policy of Personal Data Protection, contains the guidelines that apply Lima and Associates (hereinafter “LYA”), for the Processing of Personal Data of the Holders of the same, such as customers, suppliers, and employees of LYA, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 81 of 2019 (Law of Protection of Personal Data), regulations (Executive Decree No. 285, 2021) and in the rules that alter, add or supplement, taken by The National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

- Law No. 47, 6 August 2013 That adopts a regime of custody applicable to the shares issued to bearer
- Law No. 18 of 23 April 2015 on amending articles of the Law 47 of 2013, Which adopts a regime of custody applicable to the shares issued to bearer,
- Law 2 of the 1 February 2011) – Which regulates the measures to meet the client for the AR of the legal entities existing under the laws of the Republic of Panama.
- Act 129 of march 17, 2020 – Which creates the Private System and a one-time Registration of Final Beneficiaries of Legal entities.
- Act 254 of the November 11, 2021 – Which introduces amendments to the legislation on transparency in international tax and for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and the financing of weapons of Mass Destruction.
- Executive Decree No. 363 of August 13, 2015, which regulates the Law does Not. 23 of 27 April 2015, and related laws.
The objective of this policy is to inform all owners of data to try LYA on the processing of the data, the rights of holders of Personal Data and the duties of the controller and/or the processor to comply with the Law 81, reducing the risks for the Company.

Data to collect
Customer data:
Full name, identity Card or passport, Date of birth, Gender, Email, Phone, physical Address, and other documents as proof of identity: For identification of the client under the standards of Know Your Client (know your client), for the execution of the contracted service, and to comply with any other legal obligation.
Data providers
Copy of identity card of the legal representative: to identify the signatory in the service contracts.
Data collaborations or candidates
Full name, identity Card or passport, Date of birth, Gender, physical Address, health information: To identify and comply with labor obligations.
Email: Telephone communication and compliance with labor obligations.
Treatment of personal data
If LYA receive information classified as “personal data”, this information will be treated for a purpose in accordance with the Law 81 and as described in the privacy notice. LYA can maintain and treat this information only to:
- Provide our services;
- Facilitate the management, the development and effective operation of the activity of LYA; and
- Comply with all applicable laws, prevent and detect fraud, and to cooperate with supervisory authorities or regulators, when necessary, as set forth in the privacy Notice of LYA.
In virtue of our activities for the provision of the services, legal services, and administrative, to the Processing of Personal Data, LYA will collect, store, update, use, circulate, transmit, and delete the Personal Data of the Holder in accordance with the purposes outlined in this document. This Policy shall be applicable to the Treatment made by the employees of LYA and also those of third parties with whom LYA has signed a contract for the transfer of your Personal Data or have agreed to carry out activities related to the Processing of Personal Data on behalf of LYA.

- Carry out the control and prevention of fraud, money-laundering and financing of terrorism.
In a particular way, LYA will treat the Personal Data of candidates to employees, former employees and pensioners, in order to fulfill the following purposes:
- a) Check your personal, family, financial, credit, trade and labour.
- (b) Carry out all kinds of paperwork related to the Social Security System and with the employment contract that has been concluded or intends to conclude with LYA.
- c) Perform the relevant procedures for the control and prevention of fraud, money-laundering and financing of terrorism.
In a particular way, LYA will treat the Personal Data of its suppliers to comply with the following purposes:
- Service requests related to the contracts signed with LYA;
- Perform the relevant procedures for the control and prevention of fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing.
- Query and report of the credit risk.

- Verify the information provided.
